Say what you want, but there was only one show at this year’s Halifax Pop Explosion worth seeing and this was it. I’ve only been able to find this one video of KEN mode laying down a crushing version of “No; I’m in Control” and it’s only part of the song. But it doesn’t matter. This 70 second clip pretty much says it all.
Just past the 30 second mark I’m pretty sure that is me getting shoved into the stage. Somewhere right around there would also be where I lost my voice and one song before this is when I got a black eye. Worth it? Fucking right it was.
